Good old fashioned steak house with an amazing salad bar. Nothing fancy, basic surroundings but the food more than makes up for anything. Always love getting some good wholesome food and a salad bar is a very welcome extra. This salad bar was full of everything you could want in a salad and more. Almost full on just eating salad but made room for a delicious steak for me and salmon for hubby. I had a side of baked potato and he had broccoli and we shared. Wonderful. Definitely will return on our next trips to Terre Haute.

We found the salad bar did not live up to expectations based on reviews. It's good but not exceptional. The large ribeye steak was cooked to order and very good but boneless. Service very good as well, servings are ample. Found it superior to the longhorn with a comfortable ambiance nothing fancy but good food and reasonable prices.

We both had the prime rib. The best restaurant prime rib i ever had. Loved that they had a salad bar,which is one of your sides. My carrots were a little odd tasting in the vegetable melody but cauliflower was good. His potato was cooked perfectly. He said horse radish was very good. We were seated right a few mins after arriving on a Saturday night around 7pm. Beer was cold,staff was great and the place was clean. This will be my new favorite spot for steak! The entrance is in the front of the building.

Nice atmosphere, wasn’t over crowded. Our waitress was very kind and helpful. Kept our drinks filled and our order was perfect. Was delicious! I enjoyed the sirloin burger w/ sweet potato fries.

We tried this place on a Saturday night, and it was way less crowded than we were expecting. Got right in and ordered. Service was good, and our steaks were cooked perfect. I recommend the bourbon glaze sauce on anything. The salad bar that came with our meals was great, and not too many places have them anymore. Nice western decor inside. We'll be back!

Very nice atmosphere and our waitress was very attentive and enjoyable. The food was excellent, often when I eat at a restaurant and order a cheeseburger they all taste the same (seemingly ordered from the same food supplier). This cheeseburger was in a class all it's own. Everyone in our party found the pickled eyes on the salad bar to be quite intriguing.

Steaks were good and so was the service. They have a all-inclusive salad bar but you have to wear gloves when you're serving yourself which is obviously different. Must have been a COVID thing. And the wife and I both had steaks and baked potatoes. It was a really old-fashioned rustic kind of a place and was definitely full to the brim of people so it's not like it's a gross small town kind of place. You should definitely go and avoid spending at least 25% more at another steakhouse
